When Millie stepped into the sun-drenched fields of Thetford for her maternity session, she wasn’t just documenting a pregnancy , she was honouring herself. In that golden light, surrounded by tall grasses and open sky, something powerful happened. She softened. She expanded. She let go.
Her 'Get Wild in Nature -The Muse' session began like many do: gently, barefoot in nature, wrapped in the stillness of the landscape. Her children joined for a few heartfelt moments, embracing their mama in a season of change. But soon, the focus turned inward ,to her, and her alone. There was laughter, there were deep breaths, and eventually, a sense of total release.
With the warm earth beneath her and the sun glowing above, Millie chose to shed not just layers, but any lingering expectations. Her nude portraits were tender, strong, and full of life , a true celebration of her pregnancy, her power, and her connection to self. Even as Braxton Hicks contractions made themselves known, she moved through them with such calm grace .
The experience was raw, intuitive, and completely hers.
